Waykaab Recipe


2 cups milk
1 tbsp wayka (okra powder)
1 small lump of sodium bicarbonate (baking powder)
1 tsp salt 
2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Boil milk.  Add salt and sodium bicarbonate heat until liquid colour changes to yellow.  Add wayka and stir for 2-minutes until slimy.

Stir in sugar if you like things sweet.

Serve with kissra.
