Pasta Bake Recipe

Ingredients:  

250g pasta
100g grated cheese
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 green pepper
1 pinch salt

 

Cook pasta and put in baking tray when pasta tender.  Stir in butter and add one tablespoon of tomato paste and chopped green pepper.  Add pinch of salt.  Grate cheese on top and add ketchup.  Bake in oven until top crispy.

Best served with White Nile Fish.
