Nyaba Recipe


2 cups of peanuts
2 bunches of ridgelar (green leafy things)
1 cube of chicken stock
1 pinch salt


Blend peanuts with 1 tablespoon of water until thin runny peanut butter.  Chop leaves of ridgelar into small pieces and put into boiling water with chicken stock.  Cook for 30 minutes until water evaporates.  Add peanut butter to ridgelar and cook until bubbling.  Add pinch of salt and simmer until oil appears on surface.

Serve warm or cool and eat with bread.
