Naeamia be Wayka Recipe


1 litre plain yogurt
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp wayka (okra powder)
4 onions
1/2 cup oil
2 tomatoes
1 tsp black pepper
2 cloves crushed garlic 

Chop onions and fry them in oil until golden.  Crush onions.  Blend tomatoes and add to onions.  Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.  Add yogurt, pepper, salt and garlic and stir until boiling.  Add wayka, stir for 5 minutes.

Serve warm with aseeda or kissra.
