Beetroot Salata Recipe


1 beetroot
2 carrots
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper
4 spring onions
1 tbsp vinegar
1 lemon
1 tbsp sesame oil
pinch salt

Chop vegetables and mix together.  Sprinkle with vinegar, lemon juice and sesame oil.  Add salt and toss.
