We all owe a touch of gratitude to that shiny green trolley that helped us through those tough childhood years.  In the same way our trusty
four-wheeled apparatus helped us move blocks, sand and numerous
toys, the Internet is helping us get through the hustle and bustle of
everyday life in the 21st century.

I've dedicated this page to some of the links that I use regularly to
make my life easier. Hopefully they can help you out as well.

In addition to the links, I've included some helpful recipes for some fine        delicacies that have contributed to some good living over the years.    Gourmet chefs, go crazy!

         morning smoothie

The gift of the smoothie.  Simply put, there is no better way to start the day than with this magic brew.  Courtesy of Dave Fahey of Canada.

         chocy sauce

I kept this gem secret for a long time as it was always a great leverage point in negotiations.  I've had many fine litres of icecream swimming in this sensational sauce.  Courtesy of Mum.

         pavlova

Invented by a New Zealander, this glorious summer-time dessert has swept the nation and has even made its way across the Tasman Sea to Australia, who are now claiming they invented it.
